Ces Francisco-Claveria graduated with a course in Bachelor of Science, Major in Legal Management, from the De La Salle University Manila. After finishing her undergraduate degree she went on to study at The Ateneo Law School and then completed her Masters Degree, under the MBA-Regis Program at the Ateneo Professional School of Business. During the middle of the pandemic in 2021, she took her second Bachelor's Degree with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. She successfully took her Board Exams as a Licensed Broker in 2022.
Upon graduating from DLSU-Manila in 2010, she joined one of the oldest and biggest recruitment industry associations at that time. She became the youngest leader in the Overseas Employment Program of the Philippines at 21 years old, and remains to be the youngest one to this day.
She started working in PISCES before she even reached the legal age and she officially joined PISCES when she turned 18. Thus, helping prospective candidates have gainful employment abroad is in her veins. She rose through the ranks, starting as a Receptionist and now as the second-generation President.
Currently, she is the President of Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand Association of Employment Providers of the Philippines, Inc. (EC-ANZAEPP). Since its formation in 2013, that time ANZAEPP has consistently been a partner of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
Since the creation of Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines and Consultants' Association (JEPPCA) in 2015 until the present day, she has continued to be one of its officers and trustees.
During the pandemic, the Philippine Employment Agencies and Associates for Corporate Employers in the Middle East (PEACEME) was born and she became its President. She is currently the Corporate Secretary of PEACEME.
EC-ANZAEPP, JEPPCA, PEACEME and the Association for Professionalism in Overseas Employment, Inc. (ASPROE) are collectively known as the Professional & Responsible International Migration Engagement Alliance (PRIME Alliance). Together, they have had three (3) MOUs with the POEA (2) and DMW (1) for Ethical Recruitment and Safe Migration.
She was also actively part of the board of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industries – Makati City (PCCI-Makati), was a member of the Rotary Club of Muntinlupa North (RCMN), was a charter member and officer of the Rotary Club of Muntinlupa Business District and is a current officer of the Soroptomist International (SI Manila Diamond).
Josie Castillo graduated with a course in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
She established PISCES International Placement Corp. at a tender age of 26. From a single office in Manila, Philippines, she expanded the business to have presence in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
She is a philanthropist and does her best to help as many people as she can.
Despite her decision to stay away from the industry leadership and maintain her privacy, she kept herself busy with her socio-civic engagement and humanitarian projects. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Makati EDSA and od the Soroptomist International (SI Manila Diamond).
Through the success of PISCES, she, together with her family and their team have fed and helped thousands of individuals throughout the years. In her private capacity since she started PISCES, she has been hosting feeding programs to orphanages and homes for the aged. She also takes pride in delivering grocery bags and care packages to homeless individuals.
